Around this time last year, we made what felt like a risky decision: we stopped paying for Zillow leads—cold turkey.
It wasn’t because those leads weren’t working. In fact, they were—sometimes giving us a 9-to-1 return. Even when things weren’t going great, we’d still see a 3-to-1 ROI.
But something about it didn’t sit right. I was spending my energy chasing strangers instead of deepening relationships with the people already in my world.

We leaned all the way into our relationships.
No cheesy gifts. No gimmicks. Just real conversations, listening closely, and showing up.
Turns out, that’s exactly what people want in a realtor.
