I Had to Upgrade My Phone Plan

This spring is shaping up to be BUSY.
 
You know I rely on hard data to understand the market. The challenge with data, though, is that it’s always a little behind. What I can tell you right now—before the numbers reflect it—is that my phone has been ringing nonstop. In fact, I had to upgrade my office phone plan just to keep up. That doesn’t mean I don’t have time for you or your referrals. If you’re considering a move this year, let’s start strategizing now.
 
If last night’s storms caused any damage, I can connect you with someone who can help. Even when you’re not actively buying or selling, I’m here as a resource. Just let me know if you need a referral for a local business that can assist with repairs. I’ve also been getting more questions about home renovations and their impact on property value—keep them coming! I always enjoy seeing how you’re making your house a home.
 
A quick shoutout to our operations manager, Bree Whittingham. She keeps everything running smoothly when I’m in back-to-back meetings and is essential to everything we do. I’m currently looking into whether it’s possible to clone her—but until science catches up, we’ll continue searching for other talented people to join the team. Her biggest impact? Setting the bar incredibly high for anyone who comes next. More to come on that front.
