Some of the best deals never hit the internet.
This week, I helped buyer clients get under contract on a stunning 1901 Tudor Revival in the heart of Clifton Gaslight. You won’t find this one online—because it was never officially for sale. The owners hadn’t even decided to sell until we connected through personal relationships.
My clients had started to fall hard for a specific style of home in a very competitive neighborhood. Finding this one—off-market—meant less stress, no bidding war, and more room to negotiate the terms that truly mattered. We even submitted an offer with a repair list. I don’t remember the last time that happened in this seller’s market (yes, it’s still a seller’s market!).
The cherry on top?
These clients are returning to Cincinnati after several years away, and their kids have already started making friends in the neighborhood.
Deals like this are rare, but they remind me why I love this work. When you combine deep market knowledge with the right relationships, great things happen.
