We’re seeing buyers settle into the current housing environment, and moving anyway.
In fact, more homes are in contract now versus the same time last year—even with higher mortgage rates.
Here’s why this matters:
The “spring market” as most people think of it might still be a couple months away, but it’s never too soon to get prepared.
Why?
Because when the perfect home hits the market, you want to be ready. Not scrambling to find a lender, or to get pre-approved, or to put together an offer.
Those are the buyers who will win in the spring market.
