A recent survey asked millennial homebuyers what they’re willing to do to secure a home. The results? Millennials would rather live near a cemetery than near an ex.  Priorities, right?

The Market in 2025
    • Most millennials are still willing to pay over asking price.
    • The graphic below shows a clearer picture of buyer behavior.
    • The market hasn’t “cooled” as much as you’d think. Homes are still selling quickly, and it’s still a seller’s market—just not as extreme as it was.
